Feminizing the forehead which involves forehead re-contouring. A procedure that requires brow shaving and surgically altering the bone. Why, because the male skull has a back-slope of the forehead and generally a sharp nose angle versus female skull which in general has more of a vertical forehead and open nose angle thus the procedure depending on gender will require shaving and filling as indicated with forehead re-contouring depending on the patient.

Given the complexity of the surgery, some surgeons may tell you that the above, is not necessary, and despite the small exceptions that do not fall into the category, Dr. Adibfar would generally say it is not possible to bring a Male forehead into normal Female ranges without a forehead reconstruction.
